Payment of Fees
Invoices are issued prior to each term and fees are to be paid upfront, by cash or direct funds transfer. All fees quoted for private lessons are for individual sessions. For example, if a student enrols in two lessons of 45 minutes each week, the fee charged is $64 + GST for each lesson. The 1.5 hour lesson fee applies to lessons that are 1.5 hours long. This also applies to separate sibling lessons. The fees quoted for shared lessons are for combined sessions.
Student Cancellations
If a student or students need to cancel a lesson, lessons may be made up at other times, either during the term if another student cancels at a suitable time or in the next school holidays, providing 24 hours notice is provided. Please note: the minimum 24 hour notice period does not apply in the case of illness. If only one student is away in a shared lesson, the lesson fee drops to the fee for a private lesson. The balance for a shared lesson will be credited or refunded to the absent student.
Teacher Cancellations
If the teacher needs to cancel, students will be refunded the lesson fee or the fee held in credit for the following term.

Holiday lessons are optional and generally offered for part of each school holiday period - usually the first week of the two-week holidays and two weeks in January. Fees are paid at the time of each session.
